Arben Parmeza

Arben Parmeza is an Albanian athlete who was awarded several gold and silver medals in various national and international athletic competitions in the late 1980s and 1990s and is fitness coach for football club Vllaznia Shkodër.[1]

He was born in Shkodra, the biggest town in Northern Albania.

Arben was involved in different athletic track events. One of them was the 4 x 400 metres relay where he succeeded to set an international record during the event that took place in Velenje, Slovenia.
