Architects' Association of Denmark
The Architects' Association of Denmark (Danish: Akademisk Arkitektforening), or simply AA, is an independent professional body for Danish architects. It was founded on 21 November 1879 with the prime duty to advance and promote architectural quality by influencing the planning and design of our physical environment in the widest possible context.[1] Its main office, Arkitekternes Hus, is located on Christianshavn in Copenhagen.
Building
The association is based in the former rectory of the Reformed Church in Copenhagen]]. The building is located in th street Åbenrå. It was acquired by th property investment company Karberghus and put through a renovation in 2014.
