Synopsis
The story revolves around an unhappy couple, Wang Yongwen (Xie Shaoguang) and Lu Xiaojing (Huang Biren) who are trying for a child. Xiaojing sought the help of an ancient Chinese deity who promises her twins, but that they will be cursed to oppose each other eternally as one of them would be a demon reincarnated while the other is an angel reborn. Desperate at that time, Xiaojing agreed, believing that she would be able to bring up her children well. Due to mysterious circumstances, both Yongwen and Xiaojing died on the same day, but not before Xiaojing gave birth to her two sons. The two sons were sent to different orphanages to be brought up separately, upon the dying request of Xiaojing...
Who could have known that the forces of heaven and hell have a hand in bringing up these two boys?
