In early 1970 the construction company Admiral Contracting (previously Omran Contracting) was founded by Mohammed Al-omran an Emirate Businessman as one of the early construction company in the UAE. In early 2000 was taken over by Mohammed Rahif Hakmi^[1] and the Business expanded into Development, Real Estate, Health Care and Hospitality.
