Arrayent, Inc. is an Internet of Things (IoT) platform[1][2] delivered as a Software-as-a-service (Saas) solution. It enables product manufacturers to connect their products with their customers via the Internet.[3] The company is headquartered in Redwood City, California and has a London, UK office.[4]
The company has several customers including Whirlpool,[5] Pentair,[6] Osram Sylvania, Salus and Chamberlain Group.[7][8]
Solutions
Arrayent helps manufacturers create connected products that provide new features for the consumer and closer customer engagement for the manufacturer.[9] Remote monitoring and control of products is made available to users from mobile devices. Data collected from products assists in better warranty, maintenance and service, helps understand consumer behavior, and improve product quality.[10]
Platform
The Arrayent IoT Platform is made up of the following components:[11]
- Embedded software agent library to connect product to the Arrayent cloud
- Managed cloud software for device connectivity, alerts, and data analytics
- Toolkits for mobile and web application development
Arrayent’s IoT platform is designed for mass market consumer brands that require scalability[12][13] to millions of devices and users, high security,[14][15] and low latency.[16]
