The Arsenyevka River (Russian: Арсеньевка, formerly Daubi-He) is a left tributary of the Ussuri River in Anuchinsky and Yakovlevsky Districts of Primorsky Krai, Russia.

The length of river is approximately 294 kilometers (183 mi) and its basin area is 7,060 square kilometers (2,730 sq mi). It rises on the western slope of the Sikhote-Alin.[1]

The largest inhabited localities on the river are Anuchino, Arsenyev, and Yakovlevka. The longest tributaries are the Muravyevka at 82 kilometres (51 mi), the Sinegorka at 52 kilometres (32 mi), and the Lipovtsy, 41 kilometres (25 mi).
