Artemy (Russian: Артемий), sometimes romanized as Artemiy, Artemi, or Artemij, is a churchly form of the Russian male first name Artyom.
There are several variously-spelled 'Saint Artemys' recognized by the Russian Orthodox Church:
- Artemy of Verkola, feast days (in Gregorian calendar) on July 6 and November 2
 - Megalomartyr Artemios of Antioch, feast day on November 2
 - Artemas of Lystra, feast day on November 12
