Arthur Banks Skinner
Arthur Banks Skinner FSA (1861–1911) was a director of the Victoria and Albert Museum, London.
He was the director of the Victoria and Albert Museum from 1905-08.[1] He succeeded Caspar Purdon Clarke, having been assistant director since 1896.[2]
Skinner died in 1911 and is buried in Hastings Cemetery, Hastings, East Sussex.[2]
