Arthur Barnard (born March 10, 1929) was an American athlete who competed mainly in the 110 metre hurdles.
Barnard attended the University of Southern California.[1] He competed for the United States in the 1952 Summer Olympics held in Helsinki, Finland in the 110 metre hurdles where he won the Bronze medal.
