Arthur Cleghorn (1 December 1873 โ 7 May 1951) was an Australian rules football player at the Essendon Football Club in the Victorian Football League (VFL). In the first year of competition, 1897, he became one of the club's and league's first premiership players. Cleghorn made his debut against Geelong in round 1 of the season at Corio Oval. He topped the club's goalkicking tally in 1899. He was a member of Richmond's 1905 Victorian Football Association (VFA) premiership team.[1]
