Arthur Seligman (June 14, 1873 – September 25, 1933) was an American businessman and politician.

Seligman was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico Territory, the son of Bernard and Frances Seligman. In 1887, Seligman graduated from the Swarthmore College Preparatory School in Pennsylvania, and from Pierce's College of Business in Philadelphia in 1889. He married Frankie E. Harris of Cleveland, Ohio, on July 4, 1896.

Seligman entered the mercantile business in Santa Fe.
