Artifex Records was an independent jazz, Celtic and new age record label, based in Nashville, TN. It operated between 1992 through 1999 and was owned by Peter Miller, also the owner of Nashville Compact Disks.[1] The label had a roster of over 20 artists, which included Grammy winners Bill Mize, Andrew York,[2] Floyd Cramer and Jeff Coffin, the later from the Dave Matthews Band.
