Artyom Yevgenyevich Lopatkin (Russian: Артём Евгеньевич Лопаткин; born August 8, 1975) is a Russian professional football player. In 2011, he played in the Russian Second Division for FC Sever Murmansk. He also holds Ukrainian citizenship, although it is not in accordance to the laws of Ukraine to have two citizenships.
