Ashk (Persian: اشک ashk; Greek: Arsaces) is an ancient Iranian male name. It was the name of the first kings of the Parthian (ashkanian) dynasty. In modern Persian it means "tear".

Ashk or Arsaces has also given name to the city of Ashkabad.
