The Ashland Mill Tenement is a historic tenement at 141-145 Ashland Avenue in Southbridge, Massachusetts. Built in 1855, this rowhouse is one of the oldest documented factory buildings in the city. It is an architecturally unassuming two story wood frame construction with modest Federal styling, with four units of housing. The only older factory housing in Southbridge are brick buildings built c. 1837 with more elaborate styling.[2]
The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.[1]
