Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC or Assam PCC) was formed in June 1921. Its headquarters is at Rajiv Bhavan in GS Road Guwahati. Kuladhar Chaliha was its president when the committee was founded. Anjan Dutta is the current president of APCC.[1]
