Asset Homes

Asset Homes is a construction company based in Kochi (Cochin), Kerala, India. Its main activity is the construction of residential apartments, commercial buildings and villas. In 2010 the company received the ‘Emerging Developer Award' instituted by the Realty Plus Excellence Awards[1] and CNBC Awaaz CRISIL CREDAI Award for the most innovative project in Kerala.[2] In 2012 the company was recognized as the first builder to complete a CRISIL 7 star-rated project in Kerala.[3] In 2013 the company was awarded ‘Excellence in Real Estate 2013’ by the British South India Chamber of Commerce (BSICC) in London.[4] The company has two Board of directors viz Anil Varma and Sunil Kumar
