The Azuay stubfoot toad, Atelopus bomolochos, is a species of toad in the family Bufonidae endemic to Ecuador. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, rivers, and pastureland. It is threatened by habitat loss.[1]
It was declared extinct in 2002, however a population was rediscovered in 2015.[2]
