Atlantic Coast Line Depot (Florence, South Carolina)
The Florence, South Carolina Atlantic Coast Line Depot is a former Atlantic Coast Line Depot in Florence, South Carolina. This historic building was also used as the Florence Amtrak Station and is now part of McLeod Regional Medical Center. J.F. Leitner, who was the official architect for the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company from 1909 through 1912, is credited with the architectural design. His work also includes Goldsboro Union Station (also part of the ACL line), Plant City Union Depot in Plant City and Tampa Union Station in Tampa, Florida.
