Auldbrass Partners is a Private Equity secondaries firm that spun-out from Citigroup in 2011, currently monitoring over $1.3 billion in assets and managing four portfolios of private equity secondary limited partnership interests invested primarily in U.S. and European-based funds. In addition to private equity assets, the firm invests in hedge fund side pockets, real estate funds, and mezzanine funds, within North America, Europe, and Asia.[1][2] Auldbrass is headquartered in New York, with satellite offices in Chicago.[3]

Investments

The Company offers separate account management services to select family offices and institutions. The Company monitors over $1.3 billion in private equity assets across a network of 200 general partners and 300 Funds.[2] The Company targets differentiated, smaller opportunities which larger secondary funds must forgo due to size scalability.

Recent Events

Auldbrass recently held a first close of $16MM for its Secondary Opportunity Fund I in December 2014; the Fund has not specified a target hard cap. The Secondary Opportunity Fund I seeks to invest in private equity and hedge fund secondaries globally[4][5]
