Auria
Lady Auria – also known as Oria or Awriya bint Lubb – was an early Queen consort of Pamplona.[1]
Her parents were Muslims – nobleman Lubb and his wife, Lady Ayab Al-Bilatiyya.
Her paternal grandfather was Musa ibn Musa ibn Qasi (Arabic: موسى بن موسى القسوي).
Auria was raised as a Muslim, but it is possible she later accepted Roman Catholicism.
She married King Fortún Garcés of Pamplona (Fortoûn ibn Garsiya), who died in 922. He was a Catholic.
These are the children of Auria and Fortún:
- Íñigo Fortúnez
- Aznar Fortúnez
- Velasco Fortúnez
- Lope Fortúnez
- Onneca Fortúnez[2]
