Australia is scheduled to compete at the 2014 FEI World Equestrian Games in the region of Normandy, France.[1] Switzerland will be represented by forty-one athlete competing in the dressage, driving, endurance, eventing, jumping, para-dressage, reining and vaulting events.

Dressage

Australia has qualified one team of four riders in dressage.[2][3] Maree Tomkinson was initially selected for the team after Briana Burgess' horse La Scala failed to pass the vet check at the second selection event in Deuville, France. Burgess won her appeal on that decision and was reinstated in Australian team.[4] On August 14, Tomkinson was brought back to the team after Burgess withdrew due to La Scala's injury.[5]
