Avdey Stepanovich Ter-Oganyan (Russian: ÐÐ²Ð´ÐµÌÐ¹ Ð¡Ñ‚ÐµÐ¿Ð°ÌÐ½Ð¾Ð²Ð¸Ñ‡ Ð¢ÐµÑ€-ÐžÐ³Ð°Ð½ÑŒÑÌÐ½; born December 9, 1961, Rostov-on-Don) is a Russian painter, one of the prominent representatives of the Moscow actionism.

Famous extravagant and sometimes provocative art actions, installations and performances.^[1]^[2]

In the ranking of the magazine ArtChronika 50 most influential people in Russian art 2010 Avdey Ter-Oganyan took 23rd place.^[3]

He currently lives and works in Prague.
