AviAlliance[1] is an airport management company headquartered in Essen. The company was founded in 1997 as Hochtief AirPort, a subsidiary of the international construction service provider Hochtief. From 27 September 2013, the company is owned by a subsidiary of the Public Sector Pension Investment Board.[2]

As an airport manager AviAlliance acquires shareholdings in private airports and - working together with the other shareholders - operates these as independent commercial enterprises.
