Axis41 is a Salt Lake-based Utah advertising agency, with a marketing and communications focus.

History

Axis41 was founded in 2001 with 4 partners and 3 employees. Originally located in the historic Salt Lake Hardware Building, Axis41 was first awarded projects from Great Nordic in Copenhagen. They were soon recognized as a vibrant part of the Utah business scene.[1]

In 2002, Axis41 became the agency of record for Vista Staffing, and went on to design notable BrainShare projects for Novell. In 2004, Axis41 gained a more visible presence in the advertising world when they designed the Backcountry.com Goat Logo.

Axis41 gained notoriety in Utah when they designed elements for the Utah Jazz, and international notoriety for designing web elements for Ciena and Nokia. In 2010, the SLC Egotist reported on Axis41's involvement with The Resort Company.[2]

Axis41 has been a partner with Adobe since 2011, developed web elements for Outside Magazine, redesigned the branding for Datatel and Sunguard when they merged and to form Elucian, and became the agency of record for Iron Mountain in 2012.

In 2013 photographers from Axis41 were featured on "Wonderful Machine." [3]
