Ayrılık Çeşmesi is a railway station along the newly built trans-Bosphorus Marmaray tunnel. The station is located right outside the Asian portal of the tunnel and is the current eastern terminus of the line. The Turkish State Railways (TCDD) operates trains from Ayrılık Çeşmesi to Kazlıçeşme within 6- to 10-minute intervals. Connection to the M4 line of the Istanbul Metro is available from the station.
Ayrılık Çeşmesi saw 14 million boardings in 2014, making it the busiest station on the Marmaray line. The station made up 25.95% of all passenger boardings of 2014.[1]
