Bülend Özveren (born 1943 in Istanbul) is a Turkish television presenter and sports commentator.
He completed his secondary education at Lycée Saint-Benoît (Istanbul) and higher education at Galatasaray High School. He graduated from Istanbul University, faculty of Law.[1]
Bülend Özveren started to work at TRT on 31 July 1965. For a long time, he worked as a television presenter before he became a sports commentator in 1972. Since 1973, he is also presenting Eurovision Song Contest uninterrupted for Turkey.[1]
He speaks English and French.[1]
