Březnice is a village and municipality (obec) in Zlín District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 9.15 square kilometres (3.53 sq mi), and has a population of 1,195 (as at 3 July 2006).
Březnice lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south of Zlín and 254 km (158 mi) south-east of Prague.
Theodor Kohn, Archbishop of Olomouc, was born here.
