BRP Tarlac (LD-601) is to be the lead ship of her class of Philippine Navy landing platform docks. The ship was laid down by the PT PAL shipyard in Indonesia on 5 June 2015,[1] launched on 17 January 2016,[2] and is currently undergoing sea trials[3] before its expected delivery on May 2016.[4]
