Partita for keyboard No. 6 (Bach)
The Partita for keyboard No. 6 in E minor, BWV 830, is a keyboard suite by Johann Sebastian Bach composed between 1726 and 1729 and published in 1731. It is the last suite in his Clavier-Übung I, Op. 1.
Structure
This partita consists of seven movements all in E minor.
Legacy
American composer George Rochberg's harpsichord fantasia Nach Bach contains direct quotes from this partita.
