Baard Madsen Haugland

Baard Madsen Haugland.

Baard Madsen Haugland (12 January 1835 – 7 May 1896) was a Norwegian politician for the Liberal Party. He was Minister of Finance 1884-1888 and member of the Council of State Division in Stockholm 1888-1889 and 1895-1896.[1] Haugland was a merchant by profession before entering into politics.[2]
