Babu Bangaram is an upcoming Telugu film written and directed by Maruthi.[1] Produced by S. Naga Vamshi under Sitara Entertainments banner it features Daggubati Venkatesh and Nayanthara in the lead roles.[2][3][4] Ghibran composes the film score and soundtrack[5] while Richard Prasad handles the cinematography.
The film was launched on 16 December 2015 in Hyderabad and principle photography began on the next day.[6][7] The first look poster of the film was released on 7 April 2016 coinciding Ugadi.[8] The film is scheduled for a worldwide release on 1 July 2016.
