Baccalaureate (Spain)

The Baccalaureate (Spanish: Bachillerato; Basque: Batxilergo; Catalan: Batxillerat; Galician: Bacharelato) is a post-obligatory form of secondary education in Spain which is generally offered to students over the age of sixteen who are planning to go to university. There are three main different Baccalaureates: Arts, Sciences and Technology, and Social Sciences and Humanities.[1]
