Bacchanal Buffet is a buffet located in Caesars Palace, Las Vegas. The buffet consists of nine show kitchens and over 500 daily dishes. Chefs have their own stations serve food at Bacchanal.[1][2]
History
The restaurant was opened in 2012 costing $17 million.[1] The buffet has won "Best Buffet" by USA Today in 2012 and 2013. It is also rated by the Las Vegas Review Journal in 2013 and Las Vegas Weekly in 2013 and 2015.[3][4]
The buffet expanded to offering whole fish options including Norwegian mackerel and New Zealand tai snapper.[5]
