Bahram Resul
Bahram Resul (born 1945) is a Kurdish medical chemist, inventor and the founding CEO of Awamedica. Resul has a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry from Uppsala University, where he is now an associate professor.[1]
Resul invented Latanoprost along with Swedish chemist Johan W. Stjernschantz. Latanoprost is a medication used to treat glaucoma,[2] as the head of the Medicinal Chemistry Department of Pharmacia Ophthalmics, a pharmaceuticals firm in Sweden.
