Bakufu Slump

Bakufu Slump (爆風スランプ Bakufū Suranpu) was a Japanese rock band active 1982-1999.[1][2] During the 80s and 90s the band was "hugely popular" in Japan.[3][4]

Among their best known songs was "Runner".[5]

Drummer Funky Sueyoshi went on to form X.Y.Z. with Minoru Nihara, former lead vocalist of Japanese metal band Loudness (band).
