Balacra pulchra is a moth of the family Arctiidae. It was described by Aurivillius in 1892. It is found in Angola, Cameroon, Chad, the Republic of Congo, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda and Zambia.[1]
