Baldomero Toledo (born February 6, 1970) is an American soccer referee from California.[1] He has been a Major League Soccer referee since 2004 and a FIFA referee since 2007.[2][3] He has refereed both the 2008 MLS Cup and the 2010 MLS Cup.[2]
