Baldwin Vista, Los Angeles
Baldwin Vista is a community and neighborhood in the South Los Angeles district of Los Angeles, California. It is located in the western Baldwin Hills, and partially borders on Culver City.
Baldwin Vista's small population is diverse but primarily African-American, and typically affluent. Baldwin Vista and other surrounding geographic features/places are named for the famous 19th century land baron and horse racing pioneer, Elias J. "Lucky" Baldwin.
Notable People
Karen Bass, the U.S. Representative for California's 33rd congressional district, lives in Baldwin Vista.
