Bambolim is a census town in North Goa district in the state of Goa, India. The only allopathic medical college in the state of Goa, Goa Medical College, is located here.

Demographics
As of 2001 India census,[2] Bambolim had a population of 5319. Males constitute 64% of the population and females 36%. Bambolim has an average literacy rate of 82%, higher than the national average of 59.5%; with 69% of the males and 31% of females literate. 10% of the population is under 6 years of age.
