Barat Ali Batoor (Persian: برات علی باتور‎‎) is a young Hazara professional freelancer photographer from Afghanistan born in 1983. He started his professional career in 2002[1]

Batoor took part in the "Documentary photography project" funded by the Open Society Institute.[2]
