Barbara Ellen Waxman (February 23, 1932 – November 9, 2008 ) was an American architect and lawyer.[1]
Life
Waxman graduated in 1953 from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, with a bachelor's degree in architecture.[2] She worked for 26 years as an architect in New Jersey.[2] Waxman graduated with a law degree from Rutgers University, in 1988.[2] She was able to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.[2] She worked with her husband, Marvin Waxman, practicing law in his Flemington office from 1988 until her death.[2]
Waxman was a member of the American Bar Association, and a member emeritus of the American Institute of Architecture (1957–1987).[1][2]
