Barrow & Gale
Barrow & Gale Ltd. is a privately held limited company that produces briefcases and other leather goods, but is best known for the manufacture of ministerial boxes and Royal Maundy purses, for which it was granted a royal warrant in 1968.[1][2][3] According to the South London-based tannery, it was founded in 1750. Barrow & Gale is known for the extreme discretion of its operations; its exact business address is unpublished.[1][4] As of 2016, the firm's managing director was David Wainwright.[5]
