Barry Fraser is a Canadian former ice hockey executive who was the Director of Scouting for the Edmonton Oilers of the National Hockey League from 1979 to 2000.
Fraser has been credited with building the foundation which led to the Oilers' dynasty of 1983–1990. His name is on the Stanley cup 5 times with Edmonton 1984, 1985, 1987, 1988, 1990. [1]
