Barsha Lekhi (Nepali: बर्षा लेखी) (born January 21, 1994 in Saptari, Nepal) is a Nepalese model, beauty queen and actress[1][2] [3] She is the 2nd Runner Up of the Miss Nepal 2016 Beauty Contest and will represent Nepal at the upcoming Miss International 2016 contest in Japan. [4]
Barsha has finished her Environmental Science education from Patan Multiple Campus and she is currently working at NEFIN-REDD/CC Partnership Program.[5][6]
Career
In 2016, Barsha participate in the Miss Nepal 2016 competition as contestant number 14 and she won the title of Miss Nepal International 2016. Apart from winning the Miss Nepal International title, she managed to win Miss Popular sub title.[7][8]
Barsha is the first Miss Nepal from a Tharu Community which received the pageant which many positive responses.[9][10]
