- Bathylagoides argyrogaster (Norman, 1930) (Silver deepsea smelt)
- Bathylagoides greyae (A. E. Parr, 1931) (Blackchin blacksmelt)
- Bathylagoides wesethi (Bolin, 1938) (Snubnose blacksmelt)
