Battles in Normandy is a computer game and winner of the Best 20th Century+ PC Game Charles Roberts Award in 2004.[1] Its release date was 15 September 2004.[2][3] It is a turn-based game set in World War II.[3] It is part of the Strategic Studies Group's Decisive Battles series.
Critical reception
GameSpot gave the game a star rating of 4 out of 5. It describes the game in the following way "Take one of the best operational-level World War II wargame engines ever devised, improve it, and cross it with one of the most compelling campaigns in military history, and you get Battles in Normandy, the latest entry in SSG's Decisive Battles series."[4]
