The bay-ringed tyrannulet (Phylloscartes sylviolus) is a species of bird in the Tyrannidae family. It is found in Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay.
Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. It is becoming rare due to habitat loss.
