The Beecher Falls-East Hereford Border Crossing connects the towns of East Hereford, Quebec (formerly Comins Mills) and Beecher Falls, Vermont. Beecher Falls, which is actually a subdivision of the town of Canaan, VT is an old industrial town on the banks of the Connecticut River. A line house and hotel stood on the boundary line at this crossing during Prohibition.[1] The US border station was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.
