Belle Tire is a tire and wheel retailer headquartered in Allen Park, Michigan.

The company was founded in 1922 by Sam Waze, when he opened his first location on Grand River in Detroit, Michigan. He named the company in honor of his wife, Belle.[3]

The company has 93 locations in Michigan Indiana and Ohio, with over 1,600 employees.[4] The company began an aggressive growth strategy beginning in the 1980s with the acquisitions of American Tire, Delta Tire, Great Lakes Tire, and Eklin Tire, and in the 1990s with acquisitions of competitors Metro 25 and Tireman.[5]

In 2007, the company expanded its offerings to include glass repair and replacement at all of its locations.[6]
